Dual Sided Mega-Top Sandwich/Salad Unit has a patented insulated hood and lid that keep pans colder. Removable for easy cleaning. Dual sided for food prep access from both sides for high volume operations along with space efficiency. 2 self-closing doors with 90° stay open feature. Oversized refrigeration system holds at +33°F to +41°F.
Stainless steel front, top and ends with matching aluminum finished back. Aluminum with stainless steel floor interior featuring coved corners.
